Academic Building & Convocation Center at McKendree College | Education | Lebanon, Illinois
As subconsultants to Cannon Architects, Juneau provided land surveying and civil engineering design for the development and construction of both a new academic building and the Convocation Center Expansion project at McKendree University.
New Academic Building
Juneau prepared plans and specifications for the site grading, utilities, walkways, parking areas, landscape walls, drainage and sanitary sewer facilities. In addition, Juneau was retained by Paric Corporation, the contractor, to provide construction staking for the project.
Convocation Center Expansion
The project involved expansion of the existing building to include athletic facilities. Juneau prepared plans and specifications for the parking lot reconstruction, relocation of existing utilities, walkway and handicap accessibility improvement.
