As subconsultants to AAIC, Inc., Juneau provided civil site design and land surveying services for the development and construction of building additions proposed at an existing industrial complex for use as a community college campus. Juneau provided plans, specifications and construction services for the construction of the site improvements, including the construction of an extensive on-site underground stormwater detention system, which consisted of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 36-inch storm sewer.
Prior to preparation of the site improvement plans, Juneau provided stormwater planning services for the development, coordinating with the City of Edwardsville on downstream conditions and options for connecting to the City’s storm sewer system.
