ILLINOIS TOLLWAY I-18-4414 | TRI-STATE TOLLWAY (I-294)
Juneau Associates, Inc., P.C. (Juneau) was selected to provide Construction Management (CM) services for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294), Illinois.
Phase III engineer services will be performed for the construction inspection, and supervision at selected location on the Tollway System, in particular, I-294 Tri-State Tollway. Projects have not yet been finalized but may include the following:
- 2019 I-294 Interim Repairs
- Building Demolition
- FCWRD Sanitary Sewer relocation
- On call and as-needed related projects on the Tollway system
It is anticipated that Juneau Associates staff will perform on-site inspection, review layout of contract including design changes, provide geotechnical inspection and testing, prepare records, maintain documentation, submit pay estimates and change orders and any other duties requiring the services of an engineer to complete these projects on a timely basis and in accordance with Tollway specifications. Review and make comments on Pre-Final Design
Plans submitted to the Tollway for constructibility.
