Granite City Commons
Juneau provided civil engineering and land surveying services for Granite City Housing Authority’s redevelopment of Kirkpatrick Homes, to be renamed Granite City Commons. Beginning with master planning services for the project, boundary and topographic surveys were provided to determine preliminary costs associated with the future development and to determine requirements for future infrastructure improvements. Upon completion of masterplan drawings, Juneau provided civil engineering services to the architectural/engineering team preparing construction plans for Phase 1 of the overall redevelopment. Upon completion of Phase 1, Juneau provided civil engineering services for Phase 2 of the redevelopment which included construction of a new administration building.
