Madison County Housing, Meachum Crossing
Meachum Crossing Apartments is a mixed-financing rental development located on the former Lee Wright Homes site in Venice, Illinois. The development consists of 78 rental units within 21 buildings, composed of townhome and tri-plex styles on an 18-acre site. Juneau served as a subconsultant to the architect and provided surveying and civil engineering for the project team. Initially, Juneau provided ALTA surveys, master planning, and demolition plans for the existing homes and infrastructure within the Lee Wright facility.
During Phase II of the project, Juneau provided professional engineering services consisting of final construction plans, site permitting, specifications, cost estimating and construction phase services.
